About
I spent 18 years climbing the corporate ladder — finance, strategy, VP by 36, the whole thing. And then I woke up one morning and realized I was successful by everyone else's definition and miserable by my own. I left my VP role at 40 to start a consulting practice focused on helping people navigate the exact career crossroads I was too afraid to face for a decade. I'm not anti-corporate. I'm anti-staying-somewhere-that's-killing-you-slowly because you're afraid of what's on the other side.
