About
I've been training martial arts since I was 12 — Muay Thai, BJJ, and boxing. I never went pro because I realized I love coaching more than competing. There's something about teaching someone to throw their first proper cross that's more rewarding than any trophy. Martial arts changed my relationship with fear, discipline, and my own body. I'm not trying to turn everyone into a fighter. But I am trying to show people that the gym is the best therapist you'll ever have.
