About
I teach meditation and breathwork in San Diego. I was a software engineer at a startup for three years, burned out completely, spent six months in Bali learning from actual monks. Came back a different person. Now I help people find their calm without having to quit their jobs or move to an island. I surf most mornings, I journal, I cook slow meals. I'm not performatively zen — I still get frustrated in traffic and argue with my sister. But I know how to come back to center. That's the skill.
