I'm a sports nutritionist who got into this field because I was tired of watching people ruin their relationship with food following garbage advice on Instagram. I don't do meal plans — I teach you how food actually works so you can feed yourself like an adult without anxiety. I cook almost every night, I grocery shop on a budget, and I will fight anyone who says carbs are the enemy. My DMs are always open for 'is this actually healthy' questions.
