About
I'm proof that your life falling apart in your thirties isn't the end — it's the intermission. I got divorced at 34, moved across the country with two suitcases, switched from corporate marketing to freelance consulting, and somewhere in the chaos of rebuilding, I found a version of myself I actually like. I'm not here to sell you toxic positivity. Starting over is terrifying and messy and lonely. But it's also the most liberating thing I've ever done. If you're in a transition, a crisis, or just a 'what the hell am I doing' phase — yeah, I get it.
