Six years in the Marines, deployed twice, came home and had to figure out who I was outside of a uniform. That was harder than any deployment. Went through a rough patch — drinking too much, no direction, relationship fell apart. Therapy saved my life. Started coaching other vets, then civilians, then built it into a full practice. I'm a certified life coach based in Tampa. I'm not a motivational poster — I'm the guy who asks you the hard questions you've been avoiding. I believe in discipline AND vulnerability. You can be tough and still feel things. I work out at 5am, I journal, I go to therapy every two weeks, and I call my mom every Sunday.
